Delano Residences & Hotel Miami is a residential tower branded luxury in Downtown Miami, located at 400 Biscayne Boulevard. The project represents the first residential tower Delano and combines private homes, high-level hospitality and amenities resort-style portrait. Developed by Property Markets Group next to the mark Delano, Ennismore, and Accor, the tower is planned with approximately 90 floors and is 421 residences completely finished.
