Dezer Development is pleased to announce its exclusive partnership with Bentley Motors to develop the first residential tower luxury brand Bentley in the world.

Bentley Residences will be designed by the architecture studio of world-renowned Sieger Suarez Architects, known for his work in Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa. The residences will consist of more than 200 luxury condominiums. The cylindrical tower will have a height of 749 feet and more than 60 floors and will be the tallest residential tower on a beach in the united States.

The design team of Bentley has collaborated with Dezer Development in the exterior and interior of the building. Each residence will include a garage for several cars in the drive, which will allow the car to be stored safely next to the apartment.

The residences Bentley will have a private swimming pool sunk without obstruction of the view, a sauna, and outdoor shower. Other amenities include a state of the art gym, spa, cinema, whisky bar, restaurant, lounge, cabins, elevator cars Dezervator and beautiful gardens.

The innovative design of the Bentley Residences will offer a unique view of the ocean and the bay, thanks to the cylindrical shape of the building and the floor-to-ceiling.

It is expected that the construction of the Bentley Residences start at the beginning of 2023. The residences will have approximately 2,700 square feet with a garage for 3 cars in the drive, or 3,000 square feet with a garage for 4 cars in the drive and a terrace of approximately 1,500 square feet.
